At River House Interiors, we work closely with trusted suppliers like Hill Interiors to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Whether you are a UK mainland customer, based offshore, or an international buyer, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience.

Mainland UK Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders.
  • Next working day delivery is available.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 working days, or you can request a specific delivery date at checkout.

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Offshore UK

  • Shipping rates vary based on your location.
  • We will obtain the best shipping quote and confirm the cost with you before processing payment.

International Delivery

We ship wholesale orders worldwide using EXW (Ex Works) or DAP (Delivered at Place) incoterms:

  • EXW: You arrange all shipping and customs declarations.
  • DAP: We handle export customs processing, and you cover import customs fees & duties.

Important:

  • Ensure you have a VAT number, EORI number (for EU customers), or a UID (for other regions) before shipping.
  • Shipping quotes are provided after order placement, as rates vary.
