2.1. These Terms, alongside the Order and any price list, form the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the sale of Goods.

2.3. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our absolute discretion.
2.4. Your Order is considered an offer to purchase, which we accept only when we issue written confirmation or notify you that the Goods are ready for dispatch.
3. Orders & Cancellations

3.2. Once an order has been placed, cancellations or amendments must be requested within 14 days. If the order has been processed, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Pricing & Payment
5.1. Prices are stated in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated.
5.2. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to market fluctuations.
5.3. If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you before dispatch and offer you the option to proceed or cancel.
5.4. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery & Risk
6.1. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6.2. Risk in the Goods passes to You upon delivery. Ownership remains with Us until full payment has been received.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1. You must notify Us of any defective, damaged, or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
7.2. Returns will only be accepted if authorized by Us. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
7.3. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Goods.
